Esther M. Sanders is an attorney who cares about her clients – real people, and her community. Her professional and personal philosophy includes giving back in ways that make a meaningful difference to the local and rural Oklahoma communities to which she dedicates her practice. Esther is a firm believer that if you take care of your clients, the community will also benefit.
Esther represents individuals injured and disabled in the following areas:
- Auto accidents
- Semi-Trucking wrecks
- Motorcycle crashes
- Auto insurance bad faith claims for failure to pay your claim
- Claims for injuries caused by security companies’ failure to protect
- Work related injuries resulting in death, amputations, surgery, and lost time
Esther was born in the small town of Macks Creek, Missouri. Â She graduated from Drury College in Springfield, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She attended Oklahoma City University where she received her Juris Doctor degree in law in December 1992.
After working for a firm in Oklahoma City for two (2) years, Esther opened her own practice, Sanders & Associates, P.C. law office in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on January 2, 1995. Esther lost her brother as a result of an accident at a cattle plant in Liberal Kansas when she was eighteen (18) years old. She saw firsthand how work place injuries affect families and that work must be done to protect the employees that make up the corporations. She vowed to keep her practice small enough to give personal service to each client, to hear their stories, and to help them and their family fight the big insurance companies and the giant corporations they insure.
It is Esthers’ policy that there is no fee if you do not recover. Since 1995 she has helped hundreds of struggling clients get through the litigation process, either through negotiating a resolution of their claim or when necessary, trial before a judge and/or jury. She resides in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma, Northern District of Oklahoma, Western District of Oklahoma, Muscogee Creek Nation, and the Tenth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Oklahoma Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. She is a volunteer with the Lawyers Against Hunger, Inc., Tulsa Food Bank, St. Jude’s, American Red Cross, as well as contributing to the needs of many of the communities’ most needy.
